California GIS Map and Information Sites
The California GIS Map & Information Sites page will provide you with links to county and city resources for online Geographic Information Systems ("GIS") mapping and information. Some counties are just developing their GIS projects.
Some counties have GIS Mapping for the overall county, some have it only as related to parcel maps, and some have it for political representation boundaries. Typically GIS Interactive mapping will include overlays of selected services in the mapped area and in some cases satellite photos of the mapped site.

Use this site as your portal to all of the California county web sites. This page is devoted to links for fictitious business name searches and official records searches (grantor/grantee). You will find some of the search pages include marriage lookups as well. Some assessor's offices host property information searches.
