Donald P. Pensotti
Don has been actively involved in the real estate industry for over 32 years. He began his real estate career in the early 1970s as a general contractor until he entered the brokerage and appraisal business in 1986. He is a Certified General Appraiser and Real Estate Salesperson in California.
Don's contracting experience has served him well as an appraiser. Knowledge of building costs and key relationships with developers helps Don to provide value opinions with sound foundations.
Don is actively involved in several real estate businesses. He serves as Chief Financial Officer of Tower Construction, a residential and commercial development firm and is the owner of Appraisal Express (residential) and Valuation Services, LLC (commercial). These companies primarily operate in northern California; however, commercial appraisal and consulting work is provided nationally. Don has also been an investment sales Realtor with Heritage Real Estate since 1986.
